Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to make your appointment, we do require 24 hours notice. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you are responsible for the full cost of your treatment. A 100% cancellation fee will apply. We will try our best to fill your booking time, and if successful, your fee will be waived.
If you do not show to your appointment then we require you to pay 100% of your treatment booking.
We value our time as much as we value yours. Please do not be offended if we require you to make payment to cover your appointment time. As cancellations have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellations policy and trust you understands our need to do so.
Payments
Jade Wellbeing and Jade Botanics uses an internationally secure payment gateway, Stripe.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive.
Respecting your Privacy
Jade Wellbeing and Jade Botanics respect your privacy and will only use the information you provide for the purposes of processing your order. We will not sell, distribute or share your information except as required by law.
The collection and use of personal information on individual users of this Website is regulated by applicable privacy laws. When you purchase from Jade Wellbeing and Jade Botanics we collect the following personal information about you; details of the user (including name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses); details of the user’s sales history (including product or service purchased, price and date of purchase); details of the user’s access to the website and use of the Services.
Shipping and Returns
Your order will be processed between 2-4 working days, following placement of your order and receiving your payment. We ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Once posted, you should receive your order within 1-3 working days.
We only ship within New Zealand.
Shipping on orders is a flat rate of $5.50 NZD. Please let us know if you are a rural address as this costs us extra for postage and we therefore require you to cover these costs. Please be respectful of this.
If you receive your order and the product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase. Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept any returns on products.
In the event of any dispute, Jade Wellbeing and Jade Botanics liability to you for your order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant order or products.
